Ibn Abbas reported: Rasulullah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “He who utters Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllahil Azhim wa bihamdihi Astaghfirullah wa Atubu ilaihi” 100 times in a day (Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, Allah is the Greatest and is free from imperfection, we praise Allah and seek His forgiveness, our return is to Him only). This dua is recorded to his/her book immediately. Then, remains sealed on Arsh in presence of Allah and is brought in front of him/her on the day of judgement. None of the sins he committed can erase the sawab of this dua. [Al-Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Muvatta and Muslim].

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “There are two statements that are light for the tongue to remember, heavy in the Scales and are dear to the Merciful:

Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-Azhim [Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, (and) Allah, the Greatest is free from imperfection)’.”
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, he who
utters: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise)’ one
hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the
ocean.”
[Al-Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Muvatta and Muslim].
Ibn Mes’ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, ” On the
day of Qiyamah the person closest to me will be the one who has sent the most salawat unto me.
Hz. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, he who
recites surah Ikhlas 200 times daily gets forgiveness of 50 years of sins; but, if he has to pay loan to
anyone, that will not be forgiven.”
(At-Tirmidhi)
Hz. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “Whoever
supplicates Allah to exalt my mention, Allah will exalt his mention ten times and remove from him ten
sins and raise his rank ten degrees.”
(Nesai)
Hz. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) has reported the saying of Rasulallah(PBUH) that, “If
anyone who is about to sleep on his bed lies on his right side, then recited Al-Ikhlas 100 times, Allah
will say to him on the Day of the resurrection, ‘My slave, enter Paradise to your right side.'”
(Tirmidhi)
Abu’d Darda (May Allah be pleased with him) has reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “A
person who recites “La ilaha illAllah” one hundred times a day, will on the Day of Judgement be raised
with his face shining like a full moon and none can surpass him in the excellence on the day except
one who recites this kalimah more than him.”
(Tabarani)
Haris bin Muslim et Temimi (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said:
“When you pray Fajr, then say before speaking to any of the people, ‘Allahumma ajirni min al-nar (O
Allah, protect me from the Fire)’ seven times. Then if you die on that day, Allah will grant you
protection from the Fire. And when you pray Maghrib, then say before speaking to any of the people,
‘Allahumma inni as’aluka al-jannah, Allahumma ajirni min an-nar (O Allah, I ask You for Paradise, O
Allah, protect me from the Fire)’ seven times. Then if you die that night, Allah will grant you
protection from the Fire.”
